Brian, the dog, has died! And if those big shot producers keep it up, so will the loyal viewing audiences of Seth MacFarlane’s insanely popular animated hit series, Family Guy — period! After 11 successful seasons, executive producer of the show, Steve Callaghan, thought that someone had to go and it was Brian, Stewie’s best bud and Mensa-friendly family pet.
(OH, the cruelty of it all! GRUMBLE! Shaking paws raised to the sky! BARKBARKBARK PROTEST!)
How could this be a good thing for Hollywood? Stars should die naturally, not like this! Brian was supposed to have been hit by a car, with his whole family around him in the hospital when he said his goodbyes and they told him he was a good dog. (SNIFFLE!!) ANNNNNNND . . . to make matters worse, they’ve already replaced him with a dog called Vinny, voiced by Tony Sirico of “The Sopranos”! (Noooooooo! Whimper!) Fans have started signing petitions to bring Brian back. Now, there’s a challenge . . .
