Not everyone is photogenic; dramatic, funny, entertaining and fun-loving. But that doesn’t matter. Everyone has something special to offer the world.

Here’s a little guy using his twitchy feet to play the tambourine:

And here’s another tambourine talent who is just way too cool, calm and collected:

The tambourine is nothing more than a little drum. You can shake it, hit the top with your paw, or hit it against your chest or leg to keep time. If you really want to get fancy, you can attach metal jingles or tiny bells to make the sound louder.

But you have to be careful and not attract strays in the neighborhood with all that banging and bell jangling, ya’ know. (Arfbesmartarf.)

Tambourines were first played in ancient China, Egypt, Greece, India, Israel, Mesopotamia and Rome. Imagine one little tambourine ending up in all those places. And think of all the dogs who worked percussion for their big time main acts! Wowbark!
